AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Why did Draupadi have to go through such humiliation? Why did Sri Krishna let it happen😠?

Because the entire Kuru clan had to be destroyed. Draupadi was not only born to be an empress or a samragyi she was born with a purpose, she was incarnation of Kali and she was born to destroy the kuru clan and establish Dharma and she knew it.

She never blames Krishna, she never says, “oh Krishna you are my sakha and you made me go through all this”

She understands that eventually the great unfolding will be done. She has the last laugh in the end. But without this event it would have been impossible to tilt the balance definitively on the side of the Pandavas.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

The foundations required is to cultivate a certain degree of self control if not self mastery. For example a simple practice that one will not speak under anger or impulse, the practice of stepping back before rushing into …

Divine Mother says, “An aimless life is always a miserable life.” Please guide us: what should be our constant aim? 🧭🪷

It is for each one to find the goal. But in a general sense, as the Mother describes, the quality of our life will depend upon the quality of our aim. If we arrange our being hierarchically then a life centered around food, sex and money would be the lowest as also a life of vital ambitions. A higher aim would be to be helpful to others, to …
