Why should we take efforts to attain the soul? When the soul itself creates the world by covering itself with ignorance, then it must want to enjoy the world. By trying to attain the soul, don't we disturb its purpose? Instead, we should enjoy our life accepting whatever situation we are in and keep embellishing it with the aptitude and qualities we have been given by Mother Nature (Prakriti). Is it not true that if at all the search for the soul is necessary then Prakriti itself will inspire us🙄?

These are three different things that must be seen each in its own right.

Firstly, sex and yoga: as far as most yogas are concerned, including Sri Aurobindo’s Yoga sex is seen as an obstacle. This is not so much because of moral reasons but simply because spiritual life means turning the consciousness and vital energy higher upwards and deeper.
