When I sit for Meditation, concentrating on the over mind – I feel a bright luminous Grace over me, like a waterfall, and I am standing beneath it. I feel as if my face, especially the upper part of my face, is glowing from Within. 🧘🏼‍♂️[…]

But while with closed eyes, I look down – I don’t see the rest of my body in that light. I have observed this happening multiple times while I sit for Dhyana. Please help me understand my experience.

The descent of Light is generally and for a long time in the head region. Later, it descends below if there is an opening of the heart towards the Divine through love and lower down in the vital regions through service of the Divine.
