But what about a transgender person? Why were they born in those particular difficulties (family & societal problems)? Is that their past life karma? I came in contact with some transgender people. Being an anthropology student, I want to publish a research paper on transgender people. And you know, to publish research upon any subject, we have to go to the history & also the origin of Earth’s evolution. Can you help me…?
In every field and domain Nature creates what we call as ‘anomalies’, things that deviate from the norm. But if one looks closely these anomalies are Nature’s ways of experimenting to create something new and different. It breaks symmetrical patterns, creates asymetries to evolve new ways and processes. There is nothing more to it. Social acceptance of course is a different thing. Society initially rejects anything different, then accepts and finally integrates it. In the Indian context, due to the rootedness in the spiritual consciousness that God dwells in all creatures the acceptance of the apparently anomalous is much easier. Indeed that is the permanent way to resolve these and all other conflicts, to grow into a wide and deep spiritual consciousness. All other means are a makeshift way of balancing which doesn’t really resolve the issue but keeps it in the background.
Affectionately,
