AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I pray to the Mother before going to sleep. The problem is that I clench my jaw hard at night. How to apply Mother’s force to stop this? πŸ˜–πŸ’€

The best thing is to relax oneself completely using one of the number of imageries that the Mother has adviced such as contemplating the vastness of the universe, floating on the ocean of Her Peace, Light and Love as a waterlily, surrounding oneself in the cocoon of Her Light, opening oneself, unfurling like a rug and spreading it out, listening to music such as Sunil da Savitri. All this relaxes the body deeply and helps.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

There is no slip of the soul. The Jivatma has taken a very conscious decision to plunge into the play just as a child choses to go to the school where, through number of tests and learnings and challenges, he will ultimately realise…
