AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

For a few days, I am constantly attacked by anxiety and my heart beats fast while driving, especially due to some thoughts and ideas like “I am nothing and everything is Divine, then who am I? or If I surrender my work to the Divine, then why am I even doing it? πŸ˜°πŸ¦‹πŸŒ»[…]

Or if I constantly think about this fear at the back of my mind while driving, then it comes. This is depressing me and preventing me from progressing in life.

I am tired of these attacks, sir. I think about Sri Krishna Bhagwaan and Sri Maa a lot at that time, and now I have gathered some courage to go forward, even if it comes at a point in time. My ego does not let me think or pray to Sri Maa and Sri Aurobindo, also due to these fears. What is the solution to this, sir, and why is this happening?

The less we think about the difficulties, the better it is. Our attention should be turned towards the growth of light rather than struggling with the darkness. The shadows will disappear with the growth of aspiration and the Light.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

It is a question of semantics, playing with words. Satya nistha is the motive but the act is renunciation. Renunciation is an action that may be done for a number of reasons such as inability to face the challenges of life …
