
I went for a healing Ayurvedic retreat. Here, we have yoga classes with a lot of pranayama practices🧘. Some involve more basic pranayama practices, whereas others involve kapal bhati and mula bandha, etc. I don’t really know much about these practices, but I heard that there are some dangers associated with pranayama. Is it better to avoid attending some of these classes and instead focus on more basic practices?
Pranayama, like any other technique or method is best done under an expert except for the basic practice of Nadi Shuddhi. Pranayama, especially Kapala Bhati
