I am in a thankless job where my seniors do not respect me. What should i do?

To get respect from seniors is a near impossible thing. Better not to expect anything from them. Instead stay focused on your work trying to learn and improve constantly so as to do better and better. Do your work as an offering to God and leave the rest in His hands.

All restlessness, impatience, over eagerness of desires are clearly going in one direction whereas love and service of the Divine in quite another. One doesn’t rely on dreams to decide these things. Dreams easily lie as the mind can easily create desirable images. I am surprised that still you are unable to see the consequences of this love.
