She is asking us to collaborate with the Divine Will. Human collaboration may well end up in behaving like a pack of wolves that collaborate

It could be a number of things ranging from wishful thinking (if it is about others), to an actual contact truth of the inner being which remains unexpressed due to certain gaps and deficiencies of the power of expression.
