Read a little, read slowly, loudly enough for your ears to hear what you are reading. You may read a little about the Canto to get the background and context. Meditate upon the lines. Write in a notebook the lines that you have read as your daily offering to the Mother.

First step is to be sure of the Call for this yoga which is not undertaken for any personal goals such as Moksha, becoming a yogi, superman etc. It’s sole purpose is to find and become one with the Divine in all His totality and to work towards the Divine Manifestation in and through oneself and the world. No, there is no such evidence or anything documented along these lines. Even the story of Gumnami baba might well have been an attempt to keep the movement alive and it did succeed. Otherwise there is no reason to have ….
