In previous times whatever I feel in the lower abdominal part (a pressure) now that same thing I feel in my physical heart. A strong pressure act on this place that give a lot of pain in my physical heart. By her grace the lower nature part remain peace or calm but in a moment when the negative thought or things arise then the physical heart💗 feel a strong pain it seems my heart is breaking. What is this? What is the pain inside of physical heart?

Pain in the heart is due to the pressure of the psychic being. It is perhaps this pressure that brought calm in the lower nature. It is a sign of the psychic opening so have no fear.
