So what is this paradoxical wisdom of Nature in that she plants in you puberty and beastly hormonal rage just at the very same time when we need to direct all our energy towards cultivating our mental faculties, and she gives you these downward pulling erotic urges and forces…
Nature has created this world in a many-tiered way. The animal plan is its beginning, the animal humanity and the higher humanity are the middle, but the godlike humanity and the divinised superhumanity is its culmination. All these exist simultaneously within us. The animal as our past burden, the human struggling as the animal but with certain godlike impulses is our present and, the godlike superhumanity is our aspiration and hope. We have to choose and progress, a law of evolution unique to mankind. In the beginning, during childhood and adolescence, the animal past is strong, but as we grow and progress, at least in those ready and destined, the godlike begins to emerge and rides over the animal and rewrites the human story.Β
Affectionately,
Alok Da
