It seems like walking along yoga practices can make us wider, is it completely true? 😊🌄

Different Yoga practices need not make us wider. They may also create confusion because each works along different lines and pulls the soul towards different aspects of the Divine. Some can assimilate it, others do not. It is always better to keep one basic framework to orient oneself, even if one wants to explore different methods, which should be kept as subordinate practices.
