Reading the Life Divine, I kind of have these visions of galaxies colliding, never heard of musical strings playing at infinite speed which somehow emit fire, feelings of levitation and Mental space widening etc..Did Sri Aurobindo infuse his words to have such an effect or is it my own hallucination cos it stirs something in me? Even reading bande mataram , I can feel like he’s the infusing his writing with some sort of tantrik electric currents which are gonna penetrate the reader’s subconscious depths and bring a resolve in him to fight for freedom. Did Sri Aurobindo had a conscious intention to do this with His writing or is it my own imagination🤨?

It is not about conscious intention alone. Our consciousness flows in our acts and our writings inevitably carry outside to the world, something of the vision and will that we experience within. That is what gives a scripture its true value that goes beyond merely providing spiritual information and practices. It contains the consciousness of the one who was inspired to write it. The words are charged by his inspiration and inspire all who are ready to receive it. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother’s words are charged with their consciousness and the fact that you feel it is a sign that you are open to them rather than of imagination or hallucination.
