AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

What is voidness, blankness? How are these different from Inertia? In emptiness vital becomes restless to fill it up with some ordinary activities, then how to handle the vital and become peaceful?🌿

There are two kinds of void experiences. The higher is full of Peace and inner strength, and joy. The other is its shadow from the Inconscient and results in blankness and inertia, tending towards depression, lack of energy, enthusiasm. One should not let oneself get stuck in it, as the more one delays, the more it engulfs one. Shake it off by any work or activity that can open some door of joy. Even cooking and having your favourite dish or meeting a friend is better than inertia of blankness. Later, one can look for the cause, which is generally due to frustration born out of stifling of some desire. That needs to be handled through various means such as sanyama, buddhi, offering to the Divine, aspiration, faith, surrender.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
