AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

Why do we have Emotions? 😍😊😐😣😫😭😨

Imagine the body as a cooking vessel. Thoughts are the ingredients that we put into the vessel. Emotions are the different spices that make the food tasty. Life is the fuel and the soul is the head chef. The dish has to be prepared for serving it to God. But there is a thief in the house who steals it for himself and passes it to his accomplices. Ego is the thief, and desires are his accomplices.Β

Now, when the emotions are beautiful, happy, sweet, all in the right proportion, then the dish tastes good to God, and His leftover nourishes the body as Prasad.Β

Affectionately,

Alok Da
