Why doubt something that is happening within you with tangible effects. The psychic pressure first brought out the hidden resistances of the lower vital, then with the increase of psychic pressure it has begun to yield and hide in the subconscient. Of course these things generally return but each time it becomes slightly easier to push them back. So it continues until the lower tendencies become weaker and weaker till one day they leave never to return.
