How to distinguish whether a feeling of presence in the chest is from the Psychic influence or from the Heart Chakra? ๐Ÿชท๐ŸŒผโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

The heart Chakra mainly opens the floodgates of emotions. The psychic, which is right behind, turns these emotions, as well as thoughts and will, towards the Divine. The chakras are simply a vortex of energies that acts like a knot to restrict the universal into a limited individual working. When the heart Chakra opens, it merely floods the heart with excessive emotions, which can even be destabilising. But with the psychic contact, these emotions begin to turn towards the Divine in a growing state of faith, sincerity and surrender. The seat of aspiration towards the Divine is always in the psychic being. It is only under its influence that emotions will turn towards the Divine. Otherwise, it will just be an excess of emotions pouring from every side, above, around, below. The emotions in the emotional centre are mixed, a mixture of truth and falsehood. Psychic feelings are always turned towards the Divine and when they turn towards the world, it is towards Truth, Beauty and Good.ย

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Certainly the Hindus knew the various means of purifying the mind and intelligence and, during the heydays of ancient India, the Vedic period and even much later, they did turn it both inwards and outwards. That is how they discovered such wonderful things which included plastic surgery, an elaborate pharmacopeia, warcraft and deadly weapons, principles of politics and administration, rules of mathematics and chemistry, linguistics and …

Sir, is whatever happens with us is always for our best? ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐ŸŒผ

The Mother has given a very beautiful and complete answer to this.

‘Is it really the best that always happens?… It is clear that all that has happened had to happen: it could not be otherwiseโ€”by the universal determinism it had to happen. But we can say so only after it has happened, not before. For the problem of the very best that can happen is an individual problem, whether the individual be a nation or a single human being; and all depends upon the personal attitude. If, in the presence of circumstances…
