How do we identify the Pure Delight, the Delight that Sri Aurobindo calls ANANDA? If we are diving into a Delight, how do we identify whether it is Pure or artificial? 😊🙏🏻🌻✨

Pure delight is self-contained within. It is there in everything. Delight is not created. It is self-existent in the Divine Sachchidananda. But delight has a dynamic side. It creates. The universe came into being due to delight. Once it enters into creation, it can get limited, masked, even distorted.
