I don’t have any knowledge of meditation yet, so how can I make my day useful for Mother? During the day, I keep chanting Maa Maa. I stay at home, I spend some time in front of Maa’s picture, in the evening I go to the cricket academy, then I watch one of your videos and how can I make my Sadhana and day useful for Maa?πŸ§˜πŸ•‰οΈπŸͺ”πŸ™

Dear Sir, few days ago during sleep I experienced a very brief episode of sleep paralysis. While in a half-sleep state and aware of the paralysis, I noticed that Ram-naam Japa was occurring automatically within my heart, without any conscious effort. But when I chant ‘Maa Maa Maa Maa Maa’, I feel calmer and more centred.
