When these feelings arise, it is best to take a few moments of quietude (preferably asap), and then concentrate in the heart and offer it to Her. Else, a hasty mental offering through the surface consciousness doesn’t always ensure safety.
Later one can look into specific psychological factors triggering the fear, either some past experience or a desire or certain attitudes and offer this inner cause as well. Otherwise the movement tends to return.
It is also important to do regular physical exercise as well to ensure the physical consciousness is open because the causes may be purely physical as well.
