AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

I chant 2-3 mantras like Gayatri, Mrityunjaya, etc., daily. Is this correct, or should I stick to just one mantra? Which one is more effective? Please guide me based on your knowledge of mantra shastra🙏

It is not the mind but the heart that chooses the mantra. In fact it is not we who choose the mantra but the Divine who puts the mantra in our heart that corresponds to our true aspiration and the aspect we are drawn towards. The mantra must spring from the heart and then seize the brain and move our life. Until then one can pick up the mantra with which one feels some kind of an inner affinity.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Original question asked in Hindi: मैं प्रतिदिन गायत्री, मृत्यंजय आदि 2-3 मंत्रों का जाप करता हूं। क्या ये सही है या मुझे सिर्फ किसी एक मंत्र का जाप करना चाहिए. कौन सा अधिक प्रभावी है? कृपया मंत्र शास्त्र के अपने ज्ञान के आधार पर मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें।

Money gives us the freedom to travel the world, which also brings happiness and peace. So, doesn’t money actually make it easier to experience these things🙄?

Of course if buying branded cloth, traveling around the world, fulfilling parent’s dreams and material comforts is all that one seeks then surely money may be enough. But is this all that humanity needs? What about…
