AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I am planning for Pondicherry. I have some queries, please guide me: [1] Is this time fine to visit? πŸŒ…[…]

It will be less crowded in June, which is a good thing. But the weather is generally hot between April to September. So keep the dresses accordingly. Chappals or slip-ons are better than shoes.

[2] Can I get Ashram food during my Stay in the Ashram?

Yes.

[3] Any suggestions for the first timer, such as what to carry, visiting places in the Ashram, minimum/maximum number of days to stay, activities, etc?

Keep it for a week.

Light cotton summer clothing.

Book a place for your stay in one of the Ashram guest houses, such as the International guest house (https://internationalgh.com/), Park guest house (https://parkgh.org/), New guest house. If they ask for a reference, you can mention my name.

Book for a visit to Matrimandir one week before the proposed date. Booking is done through the Matrimandir, Auroville website mmconcentration

[4] Any good Places other than the Ashram?

Auroville

Affectionately,

Alok Da

In the previous dream, the Coin symbolized Spiritual Wealth, and for quite some time now, it has been on my mind to ask you about this. When I was a child β€” perhaps around seven or eight years old β€” I used to have a recurring dream: I would see a multitude of Coins scattered along the banks of a river, or sometimes by the seashore. πŸͺ™πŸŒŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ„[…]
