I am walking through whatever life is bringing to me. But still, I am unable to find or understand the Purpose, the Goal, or the True Aim of my life. I keep offering all of this to The Mother, yet I wonder whether I am so unconscious, so ignorant, carrying so many impurities and tendencies that are far from the Divine? 🙄🌻🦋[...]

And then these questions come up which disturb the quietness, the calm I feel sometimes…..”If all is truly She, then why do these movements of insecurity, falsehood, greed, and attachment to material things still exist within me?”And even after all these reflections, the question remains unanswered: ‘What is the true purpose of my life?’

It is because we are not made up of one piece. There are different parts in us, some open to Her, others half open, yet others waiting for their moment of opening and those that resist the opening. Everyone faces these resistances and insincerities. One need not be troubled by them but calmly keep offering them, steadily will for their removal, try to refuse and push them out when they arise and, continue increasing the aspiration and nourishing and strengthening the parts that you feel in the quiet moments. Continue to aspire with faith and confidence in Her Grace and eventually even the toughest resistances will melt away. Persevere with faith and the path and the goal will grow clearer and nearer.

There are three main reasons for this phenomenon in adolescents.

1. Partly it is the nature of the Age we live in, an Age of exceptional freedom and equality. Hence the old norms and patterns are gone and none of the old methods such as fear, punishment etc work.

2. There is lack of self discipline in the students as well as the teachers. The more a teacher exercises self-mastery the more he or she automatically exercises control over the students.

3. The subject itself may not be interesting or else presented in an interesting way that connects with the students. One should be creative and try to find better ways of engaging them with interesting examples.

Sometimes I find myself in situations where I have done nothing wrong, yet someone falsely blames or slanders me, and even those in authority seem to believe it. Personally, I do not feel the urge to defend or prove myself by explaining, because it seems to me that the person has already decided their position. 🕊️🌸[…]

Silence is always better when people try to insult you. Speaking up, retaliating over personal insults drags us down to the level of the person who is insulting. We unwittingly identify with the other person and sully our consciousness. ..
