I feel a bit of pressure inside my center of heart. In that portion I feel also peace but when I stay in surface life I don't feel this things. What is this and how it is not work in also mind, vital and body? When these three beings are act like their own way a strong of sorrow I feel🤨?

Adults who feel self-sufficient in themselves but are not actually grounded in reality — should they be left to their own devices?😑
