The strong pressure in the centre of the chest is the pressure for the psychic opening. The sadness you feel inside when mind, life and body go on their own way is psychic sorrow.

You lose it because your consciousness is still divided. The Divine has not settled into your mind; you are not wholly consecrated to the Divine Life. Otherwise you could concentrate to any extent upon such things and still ….
