AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I felt fear of heights, driving on mountain🏔️ and see valley next  to the road, I called “Maa Maa Maa…”, later I felt fear in my abdomain, called “Maa….”, some time later I felt fear in muladhar, and still feel fear in muladhar…so hard to get rid of it.

Yes that is how these negative movements generally pass away. They slowly get pushed back to their place of origin which is in the subconscient regions just below the muladhar. They remain quiescent there though with a tendency to erupt at times in extreme moments. Fear especially is a most obstinate movement emerging from the dark inconscient regions. But with perseverance and calling of the Mother’s Name it will vanish one day.

Affectionately

Alok da
