If someone is in the tantric upasana of Maha Kali, who is none other than the Divine Mother in her personality of strength, and he completely surrenders to her will, would he too be joined in the work of manifesting divinity in matter🧐? Or would he go to the path of oneness with her, or the path of traditional concept of Moksha?

I had a doubt about the other paths of worshipping the Divine Mother and are those worshippers too involved in the divine work which integral yoga aims at? If someone is in the tantric upasana of Maha Kali, who is none other than the Divine Mother in her personality of strength, and he completely surrenders to her will, would he too be joined in the work of manifesting divinity in matter🧐? Or would he go to the path of oneness with her, or the path of traditional concept of Moksha?

Different forms and names, whether of the Ishwara or of the Divine Mother are there precisely because each has a specific power and purpose in the manifestation. However since the Supreme is present in all and because each form is an aspect of the Supreme it is possible that a worshipper of Krishna or Kali may find oneself drawn towards Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and take up their yoga. However if he continues with the previous forms and names then his path and the goal will be limited to the powers embodied by that form and name, which at its highest is Moksha. It is a question of the readiness and core aspiration of the soul. If it is earthward and unselfish then invariably the sadhaka will find himself directed towards or turned towards Sri. Aurobindo and the Mother and feel the call for this yoga. If one doesn’t yet feel the call or turned towards Sri Aurobindo and the Mother then it would mean that one is not yet ready for the Integral Yoga regardless of his bhakti for Sri Krishna and any other form or aspect of the Divine Mother.

We recently brought a Shivling from my in-law’s place as they are not able to take proper care of it. My in-laws used to worship it with elaborate rituals. We have also been advised to follow it. To be honest, I don’t have much faith in their long rituals which were advised by our family priest. To me a simple ritual with faith & devotion is what is actually needed in worship🤨.

Dear Alok da I am a woman so it’s very easy to look at Divine as a lover… but how can a man relate to Divine like a lover ? Like when Sri Aurobindo writes the poem on Krishna I can relate feel Krishna in that form but what about a man? This was just silly curious question but thought to ask🙂.

Last night, I had a dream where I saw that my father and I were getting a tubewell installed, and at the end, when we inserted the pipe, a lot of water came out and it was sparkling. Then, Grandpa came and asked why we had the tubewell installed, saying that the water is salty. When we drank it, the taste was a bit salty, so I said at least the water would be useful. Later, I saw that my brother and I were checking the car’s headlight, but it didn’t light up. So, I said, doesn’t the light work? What’s the problem? He said it’s fine, and when I turned it on, the light was very dim. Then, we removed the mirror from the headlight and saw that it was giving off very little light. What could be the symbolic meaning of this dream🤔?
