I read that the Psychic develops faster when you approach it through the heart rather than the mind. Is this concept equivalent to what Krishna describes in the Gita as ‘Premi bhakt being the shreshth’🤔

Yes we can put it that way. But the psychic bhakti is much deeper. It is calm, inward and full of a quiet self-giving to the Divine.
