AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I’m a very introverted person 😳and rarely share my feelings with others. Only one or two people truly know me well. I don’t even share anything with my parents, I often hold back because I fear the someone might copy my thoughts, ideas, or actions without giving me any credit. I also hesitate to invite people into my home, partly because I worry they might judge it, and partly because I’m afraid they’ll take ideas from my décor. I see my ideas as unique, and the thought of someone imitating them makes me uneasy. Please help me understand this better—are these two separate issues, or are they connected?

Nothing wrong with being an introvert but the thought that people may take your ideas should not be entertained. Ideas do not belong to anyone and there is a joy in sharing them especially if one believes that they are good.  Everything comes to us from Nature and God and should be given back enriched for the good of the world.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

The talk sounded like you were putting down Marriage as a concept! True, some regions do this horse ride/wasting money, which is in bad taste. However, Marriage as a concept gives the monkey minds a framework. 🥸💍💒[…]

Yes, I agree that for the average human being, these outer frameworks and social institutions do serve a purpose of holding people together. Of course, as I mentioned, marriage or not, love and togetherness can be beautiful and ought to be so. But for that, man needs to evolve beyond the present frameworks, which operate as long as one accepts the limits of dos and don’ts. …
