AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Jai Maa, Alok Da, looking to the present condition of our dear country, is there any hope for humanity to progress, specially in Indians🇮🇳? How we can contribute?

No doubt India is under attack not only by various forces from outside but even more by forces from within that are tearing it apart by exploiting various fault lines and fake narratives. The forces of division and falsehood are using everything in their hands to abort the New India story.

But be rest assured that nothing will succeed in preventing the rise of India because India is needed for the world to survive and progress towards the Age of Truth. A ray of Light is enough to scatter much darkness, a drop of Truth can dissolve much falsehood.  We have to become these rays and drops. By a sincere aspiration,  by loving the Divine Mother and Mother India with all our hearts, by praying for India, by invoking the Mother as Shakti, by sincerely taking the path of spiritual evolution, the handful will put a pressure upon and compel all that is interconnected with us, all that is within the sphere of our immediate influence, and through each other upon the country and the earth to move towards the future. But we should not allow the adverse asuric Maya to deceive and depress us. As children of Truth we should always have faith that whatever may be the appearances, Truth will have the final victory for none can eventually stand in opposition of the Truth forever.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Sri Krishna came back and freed his people from the tyranny of Kansa and so did Sri Aurobindo return and gave himself to the work of freeing his motherland from the tyranny of the British. In the ….

In Sri Aurobindo’s writings, he very much stresses the need for sexual discipline and Brahmacharya during the student phase of life, and I remember reading Schopenhauer on how the childlike curiosity, inquiry and energy get directed towards sexual mating with the coming of puberty.😯🦋✨💖[…]

Nature has created this world in a many-tiered way. The animal plan is its beginning, the animal humanity and the higher humanity are the middle, but the godlike humanity and the divinised superhumanity is its culmination…

In Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy, the Divine consciousness manifests into the world through Involution, and human suffering is often described as a side effect of this evolutionary process. 🤔😣🥀🌄[…]

The first thing to understand is that the Divine who chose to plunge into the ignorance with the full knowledge of the aftermath of suffering and the eventual multiplication of delight, the manifold delight of multiplicity, did it with the full consent of our central being, that aspect of the soul that remains unfallen and hence always in the bliss of the eternal company of the Divine. The soul in us took it as a great adventure in which it plunged along …
