AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

My question is, I can’t sit down in front of The Mother’s photo and do a prayer. But in the morning, only one time I pray for Her to stay with me at each moment. How can I increase my concentration on the Mother? 🙄🙏🏻🌷🖼️❤️‍🔥

Concentration upon the Mother’s photographs and praying to Her is one powerful way to connect. But a prayerful attitude can be kept the whole day by praying on waking up and before sleep,  before and after eating,  before and after any activity.  It is a quiet remembrance within by taking Her Name and offering the activity to Her.

It helps to keep some small books of the Mother, such as White Roses and reading a passage whenever time permits.

One can also keep Her music, especially Savitri music, playing in the background and keep a couple of quotes here and there strategically to bring back the remembrance.

Rest is a matter of Time and practice.

Affectionately,

Alok da.
