There are several ways of conquering fear.
One way is to reason out and see that most fears are baseless. They are generally based upon apprehension of the future, which nobody can truly know. Rather, by constantly fearing something, we are more likely to draw it near through reciprocal attraction. Fear is also based on certain past memories. Here again, one must say to oneself that a past occurrence need not ever repeat itself. At best, one can be careful, but one must know the difference between carefulness and fear.
Another way is to simply face the fear with faith and surrender to the Divine Mother. One needs to cultivate faith through books and people that inspire and avoid the company of those who are full of doubt and fear. One can pray to the Divine Mother and ask for faith.
One should call peace and discover one’s mantra, which makes one connect with the Divine. In the face of any danger and even otherwise, one should develop the practice of calling the Mother.
Affectionately,
