AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

“The soul in man is greater than his Fate.” written by Sri Aurobindo, I don’t understand this. I’ve read this before but I don’t understand. Could you explain what this means🤔?

It means that the human soul, if it wakes up fully, becomes a master of all the forces of Nature. Fate is the working of the forces of Nature. As long as the soul is submerged in and subject to Nature, it is a slave of Destiny. But when it becomes the master of Nature, then it also realises mastery over Fate.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
