AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

We get angry 😡 in just a fraction for a small reason but you try to fight for your wrong why?

Anger is a sign of weakness. It covers the truth. When angry we become blind and are unable to distinguish anymore between right and wrong. We think we are fighting against wrong but the very fact of being angry prevents us from knowing correctly what is right and wrong.

To get rid of anger one must make the vital strong through sports and deep breathing exercises. In addition learning music and poetry, speaking any language in a beautiful way, doing calligraphy, helps. Most importantly training oneself to hold back the urge to fight verbally or physically when anger comes, to put the hands in pocket clenching the hands and to say Maa, Maa Maa Maa Maa works wonderfully to master anger.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
