AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

I am in the path our integral yoga. I follow your talks and speeches in auromaa.org. You said so many times that, Maa is the powerful Mantra. But I am repeating any sentence in SAVITRI daily and instead of Maa. Also I am repeating AuroMaa. Is it enough sir? Also I am doing kriya yoga sadhana for marking stability of the mind and vital. Please give your guidance in respect of my sadhana

Chanting the Mother’s Name or both Names together in the way they come to you spontaneously is called Nam Japa. It has a great power in it when done with faith and devotion in the heart. It grows the consciousness full of the Divine.

Lines from Savitri are a mantra and by dwelling upon them the doors of the higher consciousness and its attendant consequences such as the spiritual transformation is facilitated. Savitri also brings us closer to the Divine Mother and the powerful effects of such an opening.

One is the Name of the embodied Divine and the other is His Word. Both are powerful means to help us grow in Yoga.

You can continue doing the kriyas if that is helping you.

Rest is a question of sincerity in the aspiration, faith in the Divine and the Yoga and, surrender to the Divine Mother.

Affectionately,

Alok da.
