People who resort to these outer means are generally quite foolish and ignorant.
They are ignorant because they do not understand how destiny operates.
They are foolish because they believe that simply by being born on a particular date you can have all that you want.
In any case the association of certain numbers with planets and of planets with certain deities is a subtle and complex affair. Let us say, if a deity is fond of the lotus flower because it represents some deeper truth. And the lotus is white in colour. Then it doesn’t imply that anything white from milk to kingfisher will be dear to the deity or for that matter the deity would be pleased if one brings a lotus while harbours all that is wicked and vile inside the heart. But we do precisely this with numbers working it backwards, believing that just because a particular number represents a deity, the deity is mechanically tied and would automatically grant certain things if we are born with certain numbers. The truth is the other way round. That if a certain deity is pleased with me for whatever reasons we may find that the particular number somehow shows up in different ways in my life. One cannot mechanically control these subtle forces of fate.
Affectionately,
