AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

In the present modern time no one wants so-called liberation (moksha). Every civilized person having little knowledge about the Hindu concept of life will desire a blissful, strong and meaningful life for himself and family. How can we live such a life when we have so many weaknesses, fears and ignorance? I know we have to overcome them but how to do that? I don’t find myself capable of overcoming those things😳. [Conti]

Only by the grace of the Supreme Goddess can this be possible. I pray to Her most benevolent form – the Gayatri Mantra based on the Mantra Shastra ( as explained by you on this platform) to grant us wisdom and strength to lead a beautiful life. Do you think this purpose is valid and the method of worship effective?

I am suffering from chronic lymphocytic leukemia and am on medication. Though it is under control now, the future is uncertain. In this background I only wish that Adishakti keeps showering her blessings on my family so that they can live a happy, strong and fearless life in my absence. I am contributing a little to this by worshipping the Supreme Mother.

Pray to Her with faith in Her Grace and surrender to Her Will. The Divine Mother acts in Her infinite freedom and Wisdom. She is not a slave to our rituals and methods. Pray to Her with love and trust and She will hear you and all will be well.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Why should you worry or fear? If you believe that you are The Mother’s child, then where is the room for any anxiety or worry?
