Dada nowadays I am feeling very happy spontaneously, that doesn’t depends on any conditions. I feel peace in my mind and vital part. In previous time when the unpleasant things was happening then my lower vital was resisting very much, but now they are coming but they don’t affect me. Now if any person or friend arguing or teasing me then i have not affect their words still I staying in the peace. In chest part I feel some pressure or also feel quite in lower abdominal part.
