AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Last year I had a complete breakdown mentally, today I am 99% relived if inner disquieted and CNS symptoms, What to learn so as not have repetition of such life changing experience🤨?

Human nature is full of internal discords and inner contradictions. When we are in contact with our beautiful parts then everything seems happy and smooth.  But one day or the other,  sooner or later we have to confront these hidden subconscient parts and then chances of slipping are always there. It is somewhat like moving through a mountain with beautiful places as well as dangerous ones. Everyone must go through these different elements,  sometimes called as the shadow or alter ego. It is part of our self discovery but with the Mother’s Grace and taking Her Name one goes through it all safely and comes out eventually stronger and wiser.

Of course there are always outer causes but ultimately something in us opens the door and that is what we need to discover and seal.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
