In previous times whatever I feel in the lower abdominal part (a pressure) now that same thing I feel in my physical heart. A strong pressure act on this place that give a lot of pain in my physical heart. By her grace the lower nature part remain peace or calm but in a moment when the negative thought or things arise then the physical heartđ feel a strong pain it seems my heart is breaking.
