Yes. That is how Sri Ramanuja explains it.
According to SriAurobindo, There’re One and only One Supreme Reality. Prakruthi, Jeeva, Universe, Matter all are its various manifestations with different degree in manifestation. They are one in essence and different in forms and nature, Even that difference is contained in the source as Truth form and Divine qualities. But in distracted manifestation they appear different. So According to SriAurobindo, There’s only One Supreme Divine. Both Form and Formless. When I act under ego, that One becomes “Me” very very small, binded. So at that level, only This” Ego Me” is The only One existence for me, everything else around me are different from me. Everything else other than me , are infinite others everywhere. But when the Soul is realised, then everything becomes the same one with different appearance . So the entire battle of existence is between This “One, Divine “and the many around the “Ego, Me, “So always the battle goes between The “Soul Deva “and” Ego, I “asura. That’s the entire story of the crecreation. knowing Oneself the Game ends .
The game doesn’t end there. The inferior Asuric Prakriti doesn’t change just because the jiva draws back from the false identification with the ego and awakens to the true Self.
Then According to Sri Aurobindo, The Divine further gives The Final Crowning moment by manifesting all its members as Itself openly without no more hiding, no more constraints. That’s the call for this integral yoga. It’s done with the complete take over by The Supreme Divine Power if one accepts the call. What is there to fear if one realises The Oneness completely? So no fear in integral yoga. This is my mental understanding. Not based on any realisation, not even an inch.
It is a very good framework to begin with.
Affectionately,
