I had a question regarding menstruation and Indian traditional values in some places. Realization of couple of things came to the mind, please correct me if I am on wrong path (1) While away, we went on a different trails to walk every day.one day I challenged myself and decided to go on a long trail! As you know I have had some surgeries, After one particular incline, I was breathless, and I thought about meditation, how I bring by breathing/heart rate down, as well as relax all the muscles. And while walking I did exactly that. But I was also busy looking around and when I saw something interesting, I lost my concentration and started feeling ache in my legs.
