AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

We know of so many people who are facing impossible situations and problems and they are helpless. They do not know what to do or whom to ask.

This is a dedicated site for those who are searching for answers, who want to break from their present repeating circles of life and looking for answers that will understand them, help them find a new way-a new solution towards life beautiful and Divine.

Please clear one of my doubts as it is not getting clear by the above reply i.e. is everyone has to pass through these stages of Pashu, Pisacha, Pramatha, Rakshasa, Asura, Deva, Siddha one by one or there also may be a case where one leaps directly from Pashu or Pisacha to Deva and Siddha without undergoing the middle stages of Pramatha, Rakshasa or Asura? What is the meaning of Pramatha? What is the difference between Pisacha, Rakshasa and Asura🤨?

Pramathas are beings who live by the senses. You will find plenty all around. Pisachas are those who live in the lower vital worlds and

When’s the divine realization will be permanently settled? Spontaneously it comes and going their. When I loose the contact I have not feel any happy. I feel that i am losing my precious things. After lose this contact difficulties comes again in a huge way but something is inside that doesn’t affected by the difficulties. Spontaneously outer conscious running in my mind and in silence spontaneously naam jaap going with the respiration🤔.

Have patience and trust in the Grace. What you are having are some experiences on the way. The Divine realisation is a far off thing.

I believe there is still hope for Europe to change, since countries like Italy and Sweden are beginning to raise their voice against the Deep State. However, I don’t see how Islam can be saved at present, since they are still resisting tooth and nail. I too want to see true unity between the two communities in India  but sadly our so-called intellectual elite are trying to force an artificial peace on us. Fortunately, I have seen the younger generation resist it and it gives me hope for the country’s future 🤨

Yes, these voices that are able to see through the facade are the hope. As to Islam it has entered in a self destructive mode.

Also you said-“These are man’s beginnings. He rises by the descent of ever higher types of Manu from the Bhuvarloka,—first he is Pashu, then Pishacha, then Pramatha, then Rakshasa, then Asura, then Deva, then Siddha. So he ascends the ladder of his own being towards the Sat Purusha.’ Are these the 7 levels through which the soul evolves? Does everyone has to ascend through this ladder one by one or there can be a leap possible🤔? Please elaborate.

This ascension through successive lives from one grade to another was the idea behind Chaturvarnya, the fourfold soul types, soul involved in Matter (Shudra), soul

Last night I again had a dream in which a river flows out and after seeing it I say what kind of river is this flowing out of the Himalayas whose water is so clear and that river is flowing over a straight rock then I see that a sheep and a man are standing on top of that river and going along with the river then after seeing them I also stand on top of the river and it seems as if I am skating on the river and I was very happy🙂.

Beautiful journey through the higher vital worlds under the psychic influence as the pure water and the smooth flow indicates.

When one prays to Hindu gods like Shiva, Vishnu, Ganesh, Gauri, Krishna, Hanuman, Durga, Tripurasundari or Kali etc., one is invoking the divine forces operating in lower – earth nature. Is it correct? I read somewhere that the the Para Prakriti is beyond human understanding and hence our sages have found her various nurturing aspects at work in Earth Nature, to whom we can approach for help and guidance🙏.

The gods and goddesses are cosmic powers and hence they are neither confined to India nor belong to the Hindus. They had other names in

How to Be Strong in Dealing with Family Life. My sister-in-law is unhappy that we don’t talk to her proactively. I don’t find it natural to start conversations with her. My spiritual teacher helped her a lot in the past, but it backfired on her. When I was getting married, she advised me to keep my distance. She is 39, unmarried, and has childhood trauma related to her parents. I want to support her, but I feel drained in the process. She often complains that my husband and I don’t talk to her enough. I can feel her pain, but I don’t know how to support her in a healthy way😥 [conti]

One should not try to help unless one is very clear about what is the real reason of her problem. Whatever be the past issues

I would like to share an experience with you. There are moments quite often that when I think about the divine or Sri Aurobindo’s words or Mother’s love, tears start coming out. These tears are not of sorrow or happiness or a cry, but It tries to remind me of my ultimate goal which is self realisation and wishes me to see the divine in all its creation. It feels like the truth wants to be expressed through me but it is only able to do so. It gives me a strength and the will to fight for the truth. What feeling is this and why do I cry🥹?

It is a psychic feeling, a soul remembrance and is a sign that you are ready for the true spiritual life.

We will not solve the problem by relying on our small means, limited by the mind and the ego. Rational intelligence alone does not have the keys and it misses the essential. The non-dualist Advaidists (Nisargadatta, Ramana Maharshi, J. Krishnamurti, Papaji) speak from their partial realization and their Western disciples despair, because what they aspire to never happens. J. Krishnamurti said: “I have spoken for 50 years and no one has really understood what I wanted to say”. Let us pray that divine Grace enlightens us🙏.

Yes. The basis of our hopes is the Divine Grace. Let us put our faith entirely in the Grace and leave the rest to the

What is the importance of Brahmacharya in the Integral Yoga? which is a life accepting and not shunning, In traditional Yoga they speak of Eight aspects of Brahmacharya which consists of complete shunning of all the contacts with the opposite gender, such as don’t even look at a person with other gender etc. But this kind of practices are not compatible for person living in the city life. So how to practice celibacy from standpoint of Integral Yoga🤔?

Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga is indeed a life-embracing Yoga but it embraces life with the view of transforming it. It does not advocate perpetuating the
