My younger brother (9 years old) is too sensitive, emotional and arrogant. He cries TOO MUCH at silly things wasn’t showed enough expressive love by our parents hence craves for it. He is too stubborn and doesn’t stop screaming until the thing gets done for him..is too delusional that he thinks everything will be served to him in the plate. Whenver i try to make him understand by saying that he needs to work hard and stop wasting time on watching other people succeed(cricket; he is too attached to it..as if his life depends upon it) he doesn’t take my words seriously or maybe he just doesn’t understand what im trying to say. I don’t understand how to tell him how important physical and mental discipline is and that without it he would face serious consequences. Please guide me in this context amd how my parents should change in order to bring the best in him. 👦🎒🛹

Children do not understand these consequences at 9. It is only as reason begins to develop around 11 or 12 that one can discuss these

For the past few days, I’ve been feeling that I have no love within me, and I don’t know how to love? And a person cannot truly love until they allow the Divine Mother to descend into their heart. And I see that instead of love, there is selfishness, possession, insecurity, demands, and expectations – all of which are driving the relationship. A person is one way one day and completely different the next, as if the forces of nature and circumstances are controlling them; they act according to these external influences. There is no permanence in human relationships. Is it just my inner fear, some negativity, or something else?😢😔💔🌫️

It is a conversion of consciousness leading to a reversal, a very positive thing. You are no more the same person because of the inner

My friend’s uncle might be suffering from cancer in his mouth, so they are taking him to the doctor, so my friend said you also come along, we will first go to Gurudev and then we will show him to the doctor in the morning, that friend is also associated with Gurudev, so there is no problem in going with Dada but there is no desire to go to Gurudev’s place, only Mother, so should I go with him or not?🎗️🤕🩺💊

It is the inner motive that is most important. The Mother is everywhere and in everything. Carry Her in your heart and Her Love and

I heard you directly for the first time in two active Zoom sessions on “Savitri: The Epic Poem”, over the last two evenings.  I felt your words were very insightful, practical, and uplifting. In light of your response on parenting to a question posed to you, I have a question to seek some further guidance for my adolescence children…🎒🎧🎮📱

At his Age children resist any unasked advice. The fact that he is engaging in discussions, even if to refute indicates that he is open

I have picked some paras from what you shared with me. “I said that between the age of eighteen and twenty I had attained a conscious and constant union with the divine Presence and that I had done it all alone, with absolutely nobody to help me, not even books, you understand! When I found one—here came to my hands a little later Vivekananda’s Raja Yoga—it seemed to me so wonderful a thing, you see, that someone could explain something to me. This made me gain in a few months what would have perhaps taken me years to do.”🕊️🤍♾️🌏

Here is Sri Aurobindo’s letter that, in a way, explains the birth and life, not only of The Mother but of all Avatars.

“…you carry in yourself all the obstacles necessary to make your realization perfect. Always you will see that within you the shadow and the light are equal: you have an ability, you also have the negation of this ability. But, if you discover a very black hole, a thick shadow, be sure that somewhere in you there is a great light. It is up to you to know how to use the one to realize the other.”― The Mother. So how with our ordinary and inner being we do this? What does this mean? …. As this is so important I feel so…..dada you speak about it please🧱🧗🚧

When one starts the spiritual journey there are quite a number of movements in one’s nature that contradict the journey such as doubts, fears, vanity,

Sir, can you tell me the way how to make understand to my father. I have recently tried making understand him that but by smiling and letting not my ego come but it comes little bit. Maybe it’s not visible but I can feel. The responses of father is something like related to ego, I hope you understand. So I just want to know again if this situation persist, what shall I should do?💔👨🧱👤

I can understand and it is no doubt challenging. You can try talking to him when he is in a bit of happier mood. If

I have a question which may be a bit silly. I have noticed that people tend to deify anyone and everyone who has achieved some kind of spiritual realisation. They are believed to be Avatars of some god or goddess. Is there really any truth to it or is it just fanciful imagination? Personally, I feel that this justifies the idea that it is not possible for an ordinary soul to achieve such things and one needs to be Divine to be able to do such things.☀️👑🔽🌍

The first kind are the Vibhutis.

The truth behind the tendency to deify exceptional human beings in any field is that these human beings

I have a question, and I hope you will forgive me if it sounds a little confusing. I work in one of the departments of the Ashram. I have joined this place to Serve Her and to contact Her inwardly. But the atmosphere there is quite tough and almost everyone is scolded frequently, sometimes with reason and sometimes without. While the scolding itself is not the real difficulty, what troubles me more is that in a place where we are meant to grow inwardly and deepen our contact with the Divine, that sense of presence feels almost lost. This leads me to my deeper question: Is working the department is Her Only Work. Or is there something I am failing to understand or align with inwardly?🪷🧘🌅🌳

Sri Aurobindo and The Mother have spoken of the two atmospheres of the Ashram. There is first and foremost the atmosphere that pervades the place

Is it okay to offer your actions to The Mother hence if you respect Her want want to offer nice things then you would act according to what is required. (For example I won’t scroll unnecessary shorts on youtube because since i’m offering my actions to Her then I don’t want to offer this). So what can we offer to The Mother? Also my thoughts very unclear and non systematic..neither am i fully conscious and aware about my surroundings..I try to say things out loud in my mind which I am currently looking at or hear or smell or taste..will that help? Plus i have issues with saying the right thing in the right time..i can’t decide whether to say a thing or not..what to say and how to say so that the other person doesn’t misinterpret it..🙏🪔🌸🌾

Yes, all, all, all, everything can be and should be offered along with an aspiration and a prayer to come out of the difficulties and
