AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER
Ask Alok da

Dream: I was with my two uncles, and we went to a college where we were looking for something. There was a teacher who was involved in some wrongdoing with the students, and we went to catch him. πŸ§‘πŸΌβ€πŸ«πŸ«πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈβœ¨[…]

We searched the entire college trying to find out who that teacher was, as we didn’t know his identity. After searching for a while, we found the teacher, but he also became suspicious that we had found out about his misconduct.

The teacher made my two uncles sit in his office and said he would be right back. I was pacing outside the teacher’s office, and many students were leaving the college. Then the teacher asked me what I had come for, so I said I wanted to get admitted. Then I called my uncles and told them to tell the teacher that. Then I went to the principal’s office and told him about the theft, and it turned out that the principal was also involved in the theft. Then the college director came, and I gave him everything in writing. He found out everything, and then a program was organized for me where I was honored.

It is an interesting dream where you detect the deceits of the old schools of Thought that do not reveal the complete truth. It is like clearing a spiritual test on the path.

Affectionately,

Alok Da

Recently, I read a brief article comparing Karna and Vibhishana. How Karna remained faithful to his friend despite knowing that Duryodhan was in the wrong, while Vibhishan betrayed his brother because he understood that Ravana was in the wrong. It was quite an interesting comparison and it raised several questions in my mind. πŸΉπŸ˜πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»πŸŒ„[…]

The actual story is very simple. As Sri Krishna explains in the Gita one has to be faithful to the Truth or to the Guru or Master or to the Avatar who comes to lead humanity.

Β Obedience never means obeying the elders even if they are foolish and arrogant at Ravana as well as Duryodhana. Or to take a more recent example the Nazis who were…

Dear Sir, in your talk, you have said that in the early days, when you first read the mahavakya that “All life is Yoga,” and something positive happened, similarly, when I first read that “Man is a Transitional Being”, it was a Bingo, an Epiphany. Of course, my experience was according to my level of evolution. ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ»πŸŒΌπŸ“œ[…]
