You have to clearly state that everyone needs some private space, both physically and psychologically. Nobody is expected to share everything that is going on within with anyone except the Divine.

Sir, Sri Aurobindo talks about the descent of peace, light, force while doing above-head concentration. he also speaks about higher planes of consciousness, e.g., higher mind, intuitive mind, etc., and the ascent of consciousness into these planes.
