There is no need to hesitate in asking questions. I only share a little of what the Divine Mother gives limitlessly. As I see it, your problem stems from hypersensitivity of the nervous system. It is a stage in human evolution and goes away as we progress further towards an impersonality. Certain exercises through guided Imagery on Wideness, for example imagining yourself floating on a vast ocean and growing vast yourself or else imagining yourself becoming wide and deep as the sky will help. Another simple method is to do some fish gazing in a little aquarium. It will also help if you put flowers around.
One simple remedy that I would suggest right away is to stay busy. Do a good physical workout everyday and simple Nadi Shuddhi pranayam or Anulom Vilom 6 to 8 times twice a day. Asanas for 20 to 30 minutes also help.
Practice calling Peace and deep rhythmic breathing as and when the restlessness comes. Try these and let me know.
