One should stay busy and do vigorous physical exercises to channelise the sexual energies. Also, cultivating the artistic side or developing hobbies such as painting, music, etc, also helps, but sports and active games are the best way.Β
To avoid these suggestions, read books that inspire and strengthen the spiritual side and avoid close company and vital interchanges with the opposite gender or through reels that often act like triggers or, as very often happens, the suggestions are thrown by persons around as part of the collective life and catch whoever is susceptible.
