AT THE FEET OF THE MOTHER

In the midst of workplace negativity, how can we preserve Inner Calmness and Clarity?πŸ’ΌπŸ’πŸ’»πŸ˜‘πŸŒ·

In the workplace as well as in life situations and surroundings, it is best not to pay attention to things that do not concern us. Outwardly, we should remain focused on the work at hand and inwardly, we should try to remain concentrated on the aim that we carry as a beacon light. It is best if we are inwardly concentrated on the Divine in our hearts as we go about the different activities of life. But if that is not yet there naturally, if the Divine is not yet our goal, then we should inwardly think of Peace or take the help of a mantra with which we feel inwardly connected. Whenever there is a disturbance of any kind outside then, instead of throwing ourselves on the surface and thinking about what is happening around, we should focus on our goal, call inner Peace or very simply repeat our mantra.Β

It is good to remember that we cannot change anyone. It is not our responsibility. Our first and foremost responsibility is towards changing ourselves, to rectify our mistakes of perception and action, in short, to grow and progress regardless of others. To one who aspires for progress, every situation and circumstance, however adverse, becomes a help by teaching us something. Negative people are a reminder of what we would not want to be. Positive people are an example of what we would aspire to be. In essence, learn and grow moving in the direction and towards the goal you have chosen. The rest is not your business and is best ignored.

Affectionately,

Alok Da
