I am trying to be aware while falling asleep while chanting God's name, is this good approach? Can we use sleep as a tool to realize individual soul. It is said that we often come in contact with individual soul when we go to sleep. So If one really wants to realize its own nature as individual soul very fast. What should one do? Is it possible to realize one self..🌌🧘‍♂️🌊🕯️

Spiritual disciplines advice us to be steady but not impatient. The vital tries to realise things with great impatience and hence it either stumbles or else fabricates experiences. The swiftest way is self-giving, giving oneself to the Divine Mother completely and unreservedly. Still it takes time because rest of our nature is not ready.

Trying to find the psychic being in sleep is not the right way. It is like trying to find the diamond not where it is naturally found but where it might be hidden. The Mother and Sri Aurobindo have written about finding the psychic being at great length and you will also find number of talks on this subject on auromaa.

Trust is a very precious, priceless gift. Even among human beings it is special. But when it is towards the Divine then it should be doubly carefully guarded.

Again anger is an extremely harmful emotion towards anyone. It hurts and harms both, the one who harbours it and the one towards whom it is directed. But since one cannot harm or hurt the Divine Beings, it falls back upon oneself creating a terrible karma. By all means desist it. It is the straight road to fall…

It is much better to catch the knot of life at the other end from where it all begins. The riddle of life cannot be understood on the surface. Focus on the one thing needful, the Divine, and all the rest will begin to fall in its place. This has been the experience of all who have gone on the path.
